Axial fan series are only available with 4" (102 non) diameter motors.
All motors are constructed in four poles configuration and have high efficiency and long life.
Motors heights are restricted to low levels to fit narrow spaces and where total height is a concern.
Fans are used wide lyfo condenser, evaporator and radiator cooling in HVAC applications.
Axial fan series come in two shroud types, called "Low Profile" and 'High Profile" shrouds.
Motor types are divided in to three catagories of 130W, 160W and 225W power levels with respectively varying heights.
Axial fan series are combinations of these motors and shrouds mentioned above.
The two types of fan blades are used in these combinations, "Straight blade" and "S-blade" fans. "S-blade" fans produce more pressure while the "Straight blade" fans have lower noise level.
"Standard" and "Reversible" axial fans can both be used as puller or pusher.
However, the direction of the "Standard" fans are fixed at production where as "Reversible"fan direction can be changed by the customer by reversing the fan blades.
Note that "Reversible" fans can not be puller/pusher with polarity 04-) change.
In general, electric motors have a definition of an IPXX number (retEN60529).
This number defines water and dust protection level of that particular motor.
Our all axial fans have the highest rating of IP68 certified by an independent laboratory.
All axial fans have EMC compliance certificates by an independent laboratory (must be ordered accordingly).
All axial fan series are delivered with Tyco180908 type connectors if not ordered otherwise.
Numerous of the connectors are available upon request.
